I have been practicing Taekwondo for over 30 years and have come to realize that this beautiful art offers us a discipline from which we can live a life with great courage, compassion, and integrity. It is a path in which one gets to know the inner territory of who we are. It is a path where we can learn how to cultivate healthy habits of mind and body. It is a path of servitude. It’s a joyful path. It is, indeed, the path of the warrior.
